Valdez Heli Skiing: Tsaina Lodge

HISTORY & LEGEND. Alaska heli-skiing history began at the Tsaina Lodge. Here, the World Extreme Skiing Championship introduced the world to the slopes of the Valdez Mountains, and two-time WESC winner Doug Coombs founded us as one of the first Alaskan heli-ski companies. Valdez Heli-Ski Guides took to the skies to scout lines in the nooks and crannies of the Chugach Range, and our explorational approach changed the sport forever.
