I coach skiing because I love seeing moments of joy occur on my athlete’s faces when I help them find that “Aha” moment. In my mid-20s I was as a blue-groomer skier who decided I wanted to be comfortable skiing (almost) anything. I set my mind to it, got a little help from others who knew better and accomplished my goal. This gives me a unique perspective when coaching because I remember feeling those connections occur that took me from one level to another.
