I'm Emily Croharé, a rock and snow guide based out of Index, Washington, guiding across the western US — including Smith Rock, Moab, and Washington — and over in Greece. My credentials include a Master's in Exercise Physiology, 500 hours of yoga teacher training, AMGA Rock Guide Apprentice and Single Pitch Instructor, and AIARE Course Instructor. I believe deeply in empowering women in outdoor spaces: helping them take up more space, build real independence and skill in their sport, and develop a genuine appreciation for what their bodies can do. My background in exercise physiology and yoga gives me a uniquely holistic lens on how people move and perform in the mountains — on rock and on snow alike. My guiding approach is rooted in direct and compassionate communication, transparency, collaboration, and soulful engagement. I believe in helping people move across this beautiful planet with respect, love, and a deep desire to live in reciprocity with Her.
