With a love for the water, Julia has been a swimmer her whole life and swam in college for a d1 university. Julia learned to surf in college, then made up for lost time by moving to Costa Rica after graduating. She did some competing while in Costa Rica on the Costa Rican circuit. After seven years in Costa Rica, she moved to Rincon. When she’s not surfing she competes in open water swim races.
