How Tyler Hamilton Training Works:
Begin the program with an in-depth phone or Skype consultation with head coach Jim Capra to discuss your fitness background and goals
Assess your current fitness with a 45-minute training ride, the results of which are uploaded for analysis to your free TrainingPeaks account
THT develops a customized training plan for you based upon your fitness level and training goals​
Your personalized training plan is emailed to you and uploaded into TrainingPeaks and your TrainingPeaks App for easy access to your workout and post-workout review on your phone or computer
Your coach monitors your results and revises your training plan based upon your progress and personal input
