Keith Moon is an IFMGA-certified mountain guide whose approach is rooted in calm decision-making, clear communication, and uncompromising risk management. As the owner and lead guide of Vertex Mountain Guides, he brings a steady presence that allows clients to move with confidence and focus, no matter the terrain.

For Keith, guiding is more than reaching summits—it’s about building partnerships. He meets clients where they are, sharing knowledge that accelerates their growth and creates a genuine sense of accomplishment. Every climb is an opportunity to learn, to celebrate progress, and to work together as a team.

Earning his IFMGA license in 2024 marked a milestone in a career defined by dedication to excellence. As a member of the AMGA Instructor Team and an AIARE Course Leader, Keith is deeply committed to upholding and passing on the highest professional standards.

When he’s not guiding, Keith will certainly be at home with his family.
